As Mosaic's Founder and Lead Consultant, I strive to foster a spirit of action and engagement. A simple call, email, post or text can spur so much interest and dialogue that I often wonder what is holding us back, in our work and in our personal lives. As volunteers, donors, and nonprofit professionals, we work to make the world a better place, often one person at a time - our actions and goals should be shared with others. We are fortunate to carry out our mission, and there's always more to be done or ways to improve.
